What better to contemplate during the glorious month of May than the idea of Beauty? Come celebrate the unveiling of the newly renovated Main Gallery, hung floor to ceiling with European paintings. Enjoy the ethereal strains of harp music, consider classical and contemporary ideals, listen to poetry—savor a glass of wine, if you like.

This “Gathering” is the first in a new series of adult programs organized around a major theme. You will be invited to participate in provocative gallery talks, creative workshops and energizing conversation. Share your ideas, make an acquaintance, rediscover the Museum’s collections! Gather and engage.
